The leather used in these products is not sourced from the leather industry, but instead is salvaged as by-product from the meat industry.

DISCLAIMER:
As with all natural leather products, these collars will change with use and wear. We recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth, or using leather wipes.
To extend the longevity of these collars, we do not recommend using them for your wet and muddy walks. Instead, keep your marbled collar for 'nice' wear - dry country and city walks are ideal!
Dog accessories should always be checked for wear and tear over time. It is the responsibility of the dog owner to determine suitability of the product.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, in their original condition. They must not have been worn, washed or show any signs of use. If anything is returned in an unsuitable condition, the return will not be accepted.

SHIPPING INFO
Standard UK shipping is £3.95 and items will be sent via a tracked service. There is also an option for express UK shipping at £4.95. UK Standard Shipping is free for orders over £40.
Due to new rules on shipping from the UK to Europe due to BREXIT, please be aware that items will be charged a customs and VAT charge upon arrival in your European country. Please check your countries VAT rules for more details, and only order if you are happy to pay this charge.
