SHIPPING

 

Standard UK shipping is £3.95 and items will be sent via a tracked service. There is also an option for express UK shipping at £4.95. Our current handling time for standard shipping is 7-10 days, and for express shipping is 5-7 days.. 

 

We only offer tracked shipping to Europe, USA, Australia, New Zealand, India and Mexico.

 

Due to new rules on shipping from the UK to Europe due to BREXIT, please be aware that items will be charged a customs and VAT charge upon arrival in your European country. Please check your countries VAT rules for more details, and only order if you are happy to pay this charge.

 

If your country is not on our postage location list, please message us for a shipping quote.

RETURNS POLICY

 

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return to us for a refund.

 

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, in their original condition. They must not have been worn, washed or show any signs of use. If anything is returned in an unsuitable condition, the return will not be accepted.

 

If you have purchased a bundle, all items must be returned for a refund.

Customised or personalised items are unable to be returned unless there is a mistake in the customisation.

 

Please note, all sale items are exchange only. Make sure to check size charts and product information carefully before ordering.

Please note, that unless an item is damaged or faulty, it is the buyers responsibility for the return shipping cost, and original shipping costs will not be refunded. We recommend that you use a tracked shipping service to return any items.

 

To start a return, please e-mail us at support@daisydukesdesigns.co.uk with your order number, reason for return and your name. We will get back to you within a couple of days with the return address and any other information.

 

When returning items, please include a note with your order number, name, address and e-mail address.
